Marathon Poetry Reading: THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED

WE ARE VERY SORRY TO ANNOUNCE THAT THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED. OUR APOLOGIES FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THAT THIS CAUSES.

Saturday December 22 * 1-5pm * $5 suggested

Midwinter Day is a 120-page work in prose & poetry written on December 22, 1978, by Bernadette Mayer from notes, tapes, photographs, & memory. It divides the day into six parts: dreams, morning, noontime, afternoon, evening, & night. We will read the poem through in its entirety and all are welcome to participate. The upstairs space will also be open to anyone who wants to write or journal during the reading, so bring your notebook.

Sign up for a time slot using the link below and join us in this celebration & marathon reading on the 40th anniversary of the text.
