Join us to learn how to ferment your own vinegar! We'll discuss the fundamentals of this two-part fermentation process, and get you started with a hands-on workshop for how to utilize fruits and scraps for vinegar. We'll also cover how to troubleshoot against kahm yeast and mold, what your vinegar's "mother" can look like, and ideas for building and layering unique vinegar flavors. Bring a mid-sized jar with a lid, if you can!
