You’re invited: No Plans Party!

Are you a solo soul on Christmas Day? Are you looking for something to do, people to see, or just a reason to get out and ~ do something ~?  

That’s why we’re hosting the No Plans Party (co-hosted with @petite_punk), the kickback for people with no plans on 12/25. 

From 11 AM to 1 PM (or longer, depending on the vibes?!), we’re hosting a Clothing Swap, Potluck, and general get-together for our community to build connections during a time that can be lonely. Don’t spend the day alone—come join us!

SWAP:

• Bring 10 items max. to trade with others - items that you’d GIFT to a friend! Leftovers will be donated to Rhizome’s Mutual Aid Collection & DC Goodwill.

POTLUCK:

• Bring clearly labeled yums to share with others. Snacks, savories, sweeties....the choice is yours!

CRAFTS, GAMES, CONNECTIONS:

• Craft on a project, bring a game to play with others, or a book to read in a cozy nook at the space.

• Come with an instrument to jam on, or a skill to share (yoga session?!)

• The options are endless!

FOOD DRIVE:

• Please bring canned goods for a special Rhizome holiday food drive, which will be distributed to those in need this season.
