Kevin Coleman / Jordan Perry / Corey Thuro

Poster: Josh Levi

Monday April 29 * 7pm * $10-15 * TICKETS

Kevin Coleman is a boundless explorer within the world of American Primitive guitar music. The Nashville-based artist channels everything from Piedmont blues to krautrock and Appalachian freak folk into his fingerstyle guitar compositions. Coleman has previously shared the stage with several giants and peers of the solo guitar world, including Max Ochs, Joseph Allred and Yasmin Williams. His new full-length release on Centripetal Force Records, "Imaginary Conversations," is a seamless blend of earthen fingerpicking, eclectic mountain string music and synth-driven kosmische music.

Jordan Perry is a guitarist based in Charlottesville, Virginia.  His most recent album "What Do You See Everyday?" is currently available from Feeding Tube Records in collaboration with 2020 Records and tapes. Of the album, writer Byron Coley said, "Another fantastic slab by [Jordan], whose style fuses disparate threads from the American Primitive and avant garde songbooks into a unique alloy."

Corey Thuro is a Baltimore based musician, artist, “philosopher”, and mathematician.
