LORD DIRT + YAJ LIVE

Lord Dirt is a rapper, DJ, and producer from music collective Bottega, based in PG County Maryland . After 3 instrumental tapes and 2 collaborative EPs, he is debuting his first LP, "STATIC", a passion project equal parts brutal, soulful, and experimental.
The performance consist of not only live lyricism, and beat performance, but commentary on mental health in society - specifically the hiphop scene - and his own struggles with depression, social anxiety and how the word "static" has taken on a new meaning to him. In the interest of experimentation by means of erasing sonic boundaries, Dirt abandons the conventional DJ + MC set up and orchestrates the sound by means of samplers, controllers and software.

Yaj is a singer/songwriter from Maryland and fellow Bottega member. A new comer to the DMV music scene who infuses his talent and knowledge of the keys into his contemporary RnB sound.
