Rhizome is excited to announce a new performance series with Baltimore’s EMBODY Vocal arts beginning July 1st. and continuing every Sunday night throughout the month. Each week’s program will focus on a different aspect of experimental vocal performance. The series is being curated by Baker award-winning artist Dominic ‘Shodekeh’ Taliferro. 

EMBODY is an ongoing music & sound series dedicated specifically to the many diverse vocal arts forms & disciplines worldwide. Striving to draw from a wide array of varying linguistic, experimental, & traditional influences, we curate our gatherings on the common ground that everyone musically & vocally involved possess access to the same instrument of process & creation - the Human Voice.
