About the instructor:
Asmae is the founder and head instructor at LA BOULANGERIE. She was trained in Germany at The German National Bakers Academy (Akademie Deutsches Bäckerhandwerk Weinheim). Asmae teaches international cooking, French baking techniques, and conscientious eating through select ingredients, recipes from scratch, communal dining, and farm-to-table approaches.
