Kate MacDonnell, has been doing yoga for over 20 years and teaching yoga for 14 years. Kate is an artist whose photographs are informed by that same field of exploration that we delve into in yoga, finding moments of clarity by being fully present and receptive to beauty in the complexity (or even murkiness) of the ordinary. The central tenet of yoga, the calming of the mind is encouraged through the building of strength, flexibility, relaxation, and above all mind-body awareness in her classes. You will work toward a balance of ease and effort, embodiment and self-study, playfulness and release. Kate is a firm believer that yoga is for everybody.

Erin Heramb has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and has had a steady meditation practice for over 10. Erin loves sharing different yoga practices with others and wants all to experience the joy and peace it can bring. Erin focuses on connecting with one's breath and finding the best posture for one's body. Erin strives to create a safe space in which students can challenge themselves to grow in both body and mind, bringing the lessons learned on the mat into the world.
