Making Room for Sweetness

Making Room for Sweetness utilizes real food, readings, journaling exercises, and dialogue as catalysts in unearthing the sweetness that women have the potential to cultivate in both their everyday lives and their home kitchens.  Facilitated by Food and Wellness Educator Lauren Nixon, this interactive workshop guides women in creating a selection of sweet treats using real, local food while connecting with one another.

Participants should bring a journal and an open mind.  All dishes will be dairy free and paleo friendly.
