Please join us on December 17th for some fun as Sossina Wondimu teaches us the art of making an Ethiopian Egg Roll. Sossina is a professionally-trained chef who has studied at the AI International Art Institute for four years. Sossina focuses on fusing Ethiopian cuisine and ingredients with foods from other cultures. She is the owner of Ethio-Infusion food services NNJ, a resident of Takoma Park, and a mother of two girls, aged 17 and 14.
